How much is a custom build?

Custom commissions are $50 USD. Nothing is charged until we've reviewed your brief and approved the scope. We'll send a payment link after that.

How do I check on my build?

Use the tracking code from your confirmation and the email you ordered with on the Track page. Progress notes and photos show up there as we work.

What should I include in a request?

Year, make, model and trim, the changes you want, your BeamNG.drive version, and clear reference images or links.

How do I get my finished build?

When it's delivered, your build tracker shows a private download button. Drop the zip into your BeamNG.drive mods folder. You'll also get an email if you gave us one.

Can I talk to you while it's being built?

Yes. Every build has a Messages thread on its tracker. Ask questions or send extra details there, and we'll reply in the same place.
